GB: We've got to keep going

11 April 2014

Gary Bowyer has challenged his squad to keep the run going when they take on Sheffield Wednesday at Hillsborough on Saturday.

Rovers go into the match against Wednesday in fine form, unbeaten in seven and having back-to-back wins over teams above in them in the table.

The wins over Ipswich Town and Queens Park Rangers has given everyone renewed optimism that Rovers can claim a coveted play-off place, with the manager demanding no let-up.

"There's always more to come, we can't just rest on that," said Bowyer. "We've five more big games to play and we are focussed on Sheffield Wednesday.

"We've had back-to-back home wins which is important, we've just got to keep going, we've just got to concentrate on all we can control.

"We are having a go, but when you look at the results, so is everybody else. We've just got to keep going, we can't take our foot off the gas.

"We've got to go to Sheffield Wednesday and show the same level of performance again."

Tickets for Saturday's match will go off sale at Ewood Park at 4pm this Friday. Advanced ticket prices are £27 Adults, £16 Seniors and £1 for Under-18s.

Tickets are on sale at Hillsborough on the day of the game but supporters should note that matchday prices rise to £28 Adults, £17 Seniors and Under-18s.
