Ex-Rovers stars Kevin Gallacher and Glenn Keeley returned to Ewood Park for a special charity football match.
The former fans favourites pulled on their boots again and lined up alongside two teams of supporters for the 14th annual Football Aid fixture.
Football Aid is the national football charitable organisation that gives fans the unique opportunity to bid online and win the chance to pull on a personalised shirt and play a 90-minute match on the hallowed turf of the club they love.
In a closely-fought contest, the game finished 1-0 to the ‘away’ team.
Chris McIntyre, Football Events and Charity Manager, said: “On behalf of everyone here at Football Aid I would like to once again thank you for your invaluable support in allowing Football Aid access to hold what was an extremely successful and memorable event at Ewood Park, resulting in many magical dreams coming true for your supporters.
“The continued support from yourself and your colleagues is wonderful, and we were hugely impressed with, and grateful for, the time and energy that Blackburn Rovers and your staff dedicated to Football Aid.”
