Tommy Spurr is a doubt for the Easter Monday clash with Birmingham City.
The Rovers defender limped out of the Good Friday draw with Yeovil Town after just half an hour at Ewood Park, and could miss the St. Andrews match.
Spurr has started every league game for Rovers season, but his ever-present record is now under threat.
"Tommy is sore, he has a groin injury," Bowyer told Radio Rovers.
"So we'll see how he goes, we've just got to keep working with him and hopefully he recovers in the next 24 hours."
Ticket for the Birmingham match on Monday will be on sale from 10-4pm at Ewood Park on Saturday and then from St. Andrews on the day of the game, cash only from the turnstiles. Prices are £10.00 Adults, £5.00 Seniors, Students and 13-18 year olds, £1 Under 13s. Students must take ID.
