Dean Rittenberg scored one and set up the winner as England came from behind to defeat Germany 2-1 at Rotherham's New York Stadium.
The young Rover, who scored on his debut for England's Under-18s back in February, notched once more, this time with his first touch put the Three Lions back on level terms.
Rittenberg, who started on the bench for Neil Dewsnip's side, watched on as England started strongly but ended the first half a goal down, Patrick Pflucke's close-range strike giving Germany the lead on 38 minutes.
The Rovers striker was introduced on 74 minutes and within seconds put England back on level terms, beating his marker to a cross to head home to the far post.
Rittenberg then turned provider to seal the victory for the Young Lions, feeding fellow sub Harry Winks whose deflected shot found the back of the net to delight a crowd of more than 9000 fans.
