Gary Bowyer hopes it is Jordan Rhodes who comes out on top in the battle of the Scottish strikers this afternoon.
The Ewood Park clash against Leeds United sees Rhodes come up against his compatriot Ross McCormack.
McCormack has 12 goals to his name this season for the Whites, whilst Rhodes is on 10, but Bowyer believes that fellow Scot Grant Hanley will ensure that it is the Rovers striker who has a better afternoon.
"They've both got double figures so it will be an interesting afternoon," said Bowyer of the pair.
"Grant will know all about Ross from the Scotland get-togethers so him and Dannsy will have to make sure that they are on top of their game like they were last week.
"We've had one goal in five games conceded at Ewood so that is impressive from the defenders and I can't remember the last time we came out with one of those stats."
The football club are anticipating large queues at the ticket office on matchday for the eagerly awaited Roses clash, so supporters should get their tickets well in advance.
On police advise all purchases will be checked against the database, therefore ticket office queues are expected to be lengthy in advance of kick-off.
Tickets are priced from £19 Adults, £12 Seniors and £7 Juniors.
