Michael Appleton has called on Rovers supporters to play their part in the club's bid for a place at Wembley.
After the goalless draw at the Den on Sunday, Rovers and Millwall will do battle once more at Ewood Park this Wednesday night, kick-off 7.30pm, with the manager knowing just how crucial a large vocal backing can be in influencing the result.
"I'm delighted that we have the opportunity in front our own fans," said the Rovers boss.
"The Millwall fans were very vocal at the Den and they certainly helped their side at certain moments in the game.
"So my message to the Rovers supporters is that we want as many fans to get through the gates and get behind the players.
"It is going to be a fantastic occasion on Wednesday night and the fans can play a massive, massive part in helping to hopefully push us through to a semi-final at Wembley."
Supporters are advised to get their tickets in advance of Wednesday's match as large queues are expected in the run-up to the 7.30pm kick-off.
Tickets are priced at £18 for Adults, £12 for Seniors/Students and £6 for Juniors under 16.
