Rovers duo Jordan Rhodes and Grant Hanley will be hoping to end the season on a high when Scotland take on Croatia in a World Cup qualifier this evening.
The game in Zagreb will provide a stern test for Gordon Strachan’s side, who sit bottom of Group A with just two points from six matches.
Croatia, ranked fourth in the world, are currently level on 16 points with group leaders Belgium.
As one of only two fit central defenders in the Scotland squad, Grant, who signed a new five-year deal with Rovers last week, is expected to earn his seventh senior cap.
Jordan, who was named Rovers’ Player of the Year after scoring 28 goals in his debut season at Ewood Park, will be looking to add to his tally of three goals in eight games for his country.
