After four points from their last two outings Jason Lowe wants Rovers to keep that momentum going as the busy festive period approaches.
An excellent point away at Queens Park Rangers was followed up by all three in a hard-fought match with Millwall last Saturday, and now Lowe is aiming for further points over the next few weeks starting at Yeovil Town this Saturday.
"This period could shape our season, there are a lot of games and games that we feel are winnable ones," Lowe told Radio Rovers.
"With the run that is coming up I think all the teams are below us and we think it is a great opportunity to try and kick on.
"We went down to QPR and I thought we could have won it there but it was a good point. So we wanted to build on that.
"Against Millwall we stood strong and it was a very important game to win and a big three points for us.
"We are just trying to find that consistency so if we can come out of it picking up a lot of points I think it will stand us in good stead.
"We'll take one game at a time, we now start to prepare for Yeovil."
Tickets for Saturday's match will be on sale until 2.30pm Friday from Ewood and from 12pm Friday in the town centre.
Tickets are priced from £20 Adults, £15 Seniors, £13 16-21s and £1 Juniors Under 16s. Tickets will be on sale on the day of the game from Huish Park with prices rising £2 except for Juniors.
