Rovers will give late fitness checks to David Dunn and Chris Taylor ahead of Sunday's clash with Birmingham City.
Dunn missed the Boxing Day draw with Sheffield Wednesday after picking up a tight hamstring in training, whilst Taylor came off at the end of the first half with mild concussion after a collision with Glenn Loovens.
Dunn will be particularly keen to return to action with the possibility of facing his former club, whilst if Taylor isn't available then Joshua King, the player who replaced him on Boxing Day, is expected to come back into the starting line-up.
Corry Evans has stepped up his fitness in his bid to return from an ankle ligament injury but Sunday's game comes a little too soon. Dickson Etuhu and Paul Robinson are also making good progress in their rehabilitation.
Tickets for Sunday's game will be on sale up until the 3.00pm kick-off. Priced from £19 Adults, £12 Seniors and £7 Juniors.
