Build on Barnsley buzz

30 August 2013

Last Saturday's win over Barnsley has increased the mood at the training camp with manager Gary Bowyer reporting an enthusiastic group of players ahead of tomorrow's match against Bolton Wanderers.

Rovers picked up their first three points of the season with the 5-2 victory over Barnsley, and now the manager hopes that they can go on a run of good results.

"Obviously it makes a massive difference to the mood in the camp and to training," said Bowyer.

"We've just finished training there and it's been very lively, there's a good buzz about the place.

"We hope it is the start of a good run, we've been threatening to do what happened last weekend and now we've got our first win on board it is has given people the confidence to carry on and we hope that is the start.

"We are now looking to build on the win over Barnsley and push on.  We want to try and pass the ball and play our game and there were signs last week that it was coming together a little bit.

"There is lots that we've got to work on, we are still looking to improve."

Tickets for Saturday's game will be on sale up to the 3.00pm kick-off. Prices are from £19 Adults, £12 Seniors and £7 Juniors.
