Keep calm and carry on

26 April 2013

Gary Bowyer believes that remaining positive and keeping calm has been the recipe for success in the last few matches.

Rovers have won three of their last four league matches putting the club on the verge of securing their championship status and as they prepare to take on Crystal Palace later today they need one more push to see them over the line.

"We've tried to keep it as simple as we can," said the Rovers manager.

"I've said to the players that we have to be calm, but the main thing we've spoke about is being positive all the time. Full credit to the players because that is what they have done.

"I said we were due to go on a run and we've done that, we've won three out of four and now we've got two games left.

"Hopefully we can finish the season with two more wins or certainly remain unbeaten, if we can do that then it would be a good run from us to finish the season."

Tickets for today's match against Crystal Palace will be on sale until the 3.00pm kick-off. Prices are £12 for Adults, £6 Seniors and £1 Juniors in all areas except the Jack Walker centre.
