Jordan Rhodes has picked up the first individual award of the season after being named Player of the Year by the Blackburn Rovers Disabled Supporters Club.
The 23-year-old has been a striking sensation since arriving for a club record fee of £8m from Huddersfield Town at the end of August, bagging 23 goals so far for Rovers this term, and he was a grateful recipient of the Ronnie Clayton Memorial Trophy.
The Bryan Douglas Young Player of the Year shield went to Academy midfielder Tom Brown. The 18-year-old has been a regular for the Academy side this season, wearing the captain's armband on numerous occasions, whilst Brown has also featured for the Under-21 squad.
Tom Brown received his award from Academy manager Phil Cannon.
The night’s other winners were Mike Jackman and Alan Charnley who were joint winners of the Clubman of the Year award.
The full first team, Reserves and youth team squads turned out in force to support the popular end-of-season event, which was held in the Premier Suite at Ewood Park.
The players posed for photos and signed autographs, before the award-winners took centre stage.
