Gary Bowyer has returned to Brockhall after a fruitful trip to India.
The Rovers boss took the opportunity to travel and sit down with the owners to get key questions answered ahead of the final six games of the season.
"I went for footballing reasons," Bowyer told Rovers Player. "There was an invitation from Madame and I took it gladly.
"I report to other members of the board but it was a chance to go and speak to her and I was grateful for the fact that she enabled me to go over there.
"I just went to get some clarification for the players really, and the supporters. I just made sure that we are here for the next six games and she assured me of that. Which is a boost really.
"It is a boost for myself and a boost for the players and that was the main reason for going. It just settles everybody down.
"There were some answers that were needed in terms of planning and preparation from other departments of the football club in terms of pre-season and stuff like that.
"Like I said it was purely footballing reasons and the feedback I got back off her was positive with regards to the next six games and that gives us a boost.
"We've been back at the training ground today, the players have been magnificent and that was it."
Rovers are back in action this Saturday when Derby County are the visitors to Ewood Park.
