Grant wants repeat result

26 October 2012

Hanley hopes for another home win and preferably another clean sheet.

Grant Hanley wants a repeat of Wednesday night's result when they face Watford on Saturday.

The Scottish international put in a man-of-the-match display as well as scoring the only goal of the game as Rovers defeated Sheffield Wednesday at Ewood.

And as Rovers prepare for their second home game in three days, the 20-year-old wants to build on that result and claim another three points.

"It is always nice to score but first and foremost it was good to get the three points and as part of the back four it was good to get the clean sheet as well," said Hanley.

"Always as back four your main target is to keep a clean sheet, that is what you set out to do, so it was pleasing to do that on Wednesday.

"It was a while since we got a win, so with the three points we can hopefully kick on and take that into the game at the weekend.

"We've got to take each game as it comes, look forward to facing Watford and hopefully get another three points."

Tickets for Saturday's home game against Watford will be on open sale until the 3.00pm kick-off. Tickets are priced from £15 for Adults, £10 Seniors and £7 for Juniors.
