The club takes guidance from the local Food Standards Agency with regard to processes and policies and stringent audit procedures are in place within the catering operations department to ensure all products are supplied and delivered to our customers at the expected high standard.
The Concourse Catering Manager was aware of a problem with regard to a pie that had been purchased from one of our concourse kiosks. This is the only complaint received and was in relation to a labelling error. Following assessment of the department towards the end of last season by the Environmental Health Officers, the club were awarded 5 stars for food hygiene standards.
