Time to reward the fans

27 November 2012

Adam Henley is hoping to reward the supporters with two good performances over the next five days.

Rovers have a 'derby double' this week with Bolton the visitors to Ewood Park on Wednesday before a trip to Turf Moor to face Burnley on Sunday.

The full back, who hails from Chorley, fully understands the anticipation surrounding Rovers' next two matches, but insists the games are all about getting the points.

"As a local lad I'm really looking forward to the next couple of games against Bolton and Burnley," said the 18-year-old.

"But the team just have to treat them as just another two games and we need to get six points really if we are looking for promotion.

"You have to stay focused and not get distracted by the occasion, just treat it as just another game really and put out a good performance.

"Hopefully the whole team will put in a couple of good performances, especially for the fans.

"The fans have been great in the last few games so hopefully we can reward them this week."

Tickets for the Bolton game are on open sale priced in all areas at £15 for Adults and £5 concessions. Book online today at and collect your tickets from the Blackburn End collection point on the day of the game. Kick-off is at 7.45pm.
