Go for it

15 December 2012

Colin Kazim-Richards is confident that Rovers will get back to winning ways sooner rather than later.

As Rovers prepare to take on Blackpool at Bloomfield Road this Saturday, the Turkish international is sure that a run of positive results are just around the corner.

"It has been a difficult few weeks, I know it is a cliché but I think we are finding our feet," the striker told Rovers Player.

"We were in a good position a couple of weeks ago and I was telling people that we hadn't even been on a run yet.

"Other teams have been on runs, we haven't started to go on a run yet but when that comes we will be a force.

"We just have to really go for it now."

The Rovers striker admits that he has found it tough going since returning from knee and hamstring injuries but having played a key role in recent weeks, he wants to do more of the same.

"I'm enjoying giving my part to the team and doing what I can do," added Kazim-Richards.

"Come Saturday hopefully I can be in the starting eleven, if not I'll just have to wait until I come on but I think we should get a result at Blackpool."

Tickets for Saturday's match at Bloomfield Road have all sold out. Rovers Player will be providing full match commentary of the game from 2.45pm.
