Rovers’ reward was a quarter-final tie against Barnsley, who they beat 2-0. Anderton opened the scoring, before Turner set up Kelsh for her third of the tournament.
A Nichol Forster double dumped South Durham out at the semi-final stage, before Rovers produced a repeat performance against hosts Preston in the final.
Savage fired Rovers in front, before Anderton added a second to secure the title.
