Gail Pennington joined Rovers from Rochdale in October 2011. She is a versatile and tough-tackling defender, who can either play at centre half or right-back.
Technically sound and a good athlete, Gail scored her first Rovers goal in the 4-3 Premier League Cup victory over Reading in April and has good potential for the future.
