Biography:
Former boss Graeme Souness swooped to sign the midfielder from Norwegian club Tromso at the start of the 2004/05 season.
After a slow start to his Rovers career, Pedersen has blossomed into one of the Premier League's most consistant performers on the left side of midfield, and has the knack of popping up with the odd spectacular and vital goal.
A regular Norwegian International with over 50 caps to his name.
Signed a new four-year deal in May 2010 that sees Morten contracted to the club until the summer of 2014.
