We have engaged and involved key stakeholders, including minority ethnic communities, staff and partner agencies to ensure their views are reflected in our policy and its development and fully intend to continue this process of involvement. Our diversity strategy and subsequent reviews and action plans will be shown on this site as appropriate to the relevant timescale.
