Sparky returns Rovers to manage the club

Blackburn Rovers Football Club announce tonight that Mark Hughes has been appointed manager with immediate effect.
 
There will be a Press Conference at the Media Theatre, Ewood Park, tomorrow (Thursday) at 11.30am.
