OH NO AMO

We'll miss Amoruso - Souness |
LORENZO Amoruso's return to the sidelines is a big disappointment for all concerned, not least the Rovers' manager.
The powerful Italian defender has picked up a hamstring injury and is ruled out of tomorrow's derby clash with Manchester United at Ewood Park. Indeed, he could also miss the remaining two games of the season beyond that.
Amo had just re-established himself in the side after missing almost five months recovering from knee surgery.
"Losing Lorenzo is a massive blow for us, it's no coincidence that we have looked much more solid in the last few games," explained Graeme Souness this morning.
"We will surely miss him as we have done almost all season. Like I said, we have become more solid defensively and Shorty and the others have enjoyed playing with him.
"As with Barry Ferguson, had we had him all season, we wouldn't be in the position we have found ourselves in. I would be surprised if we saw him again this season."
