MAHON DEAL AGREED

ROVERS have agreed to allow Alan Mahon to follow Andy Todd out on loan.

After defender Todd signed up for a month at Burnley, Mahon now looks set to join another First Division outfit, Ipswich Town.

Ewood chief executive John Williams said: "Although the paperwork has not been completed we have a deal in place.

"We have agreed that Ipswich can take Alan for a three-month period."
