Blackpool ticket news

Posted on: Mon 06 Sep 2010

The Club has finalised ticket details for the eagerly-awaited clash at Bloomfield Road on Saturday September 25th.

Demand from Rovers supporters is sure to be high for the first top-flight clash between the two Lancashire rivals for 44 years.

A trip to the seaside is always popular and to increase capacity for their first season in the Premier League, Blackpool have constructed a whole new stand in a matter of weeks.

Rovers have therefore received an allocation of 1,931 in the East Stand for the fixture later this month.

Consistent with official policy, the Club wish to ensure that priority is given to Season Ticket Holders with a history of attending away matches. As the new season is in its infancy, eligibility will be based on CURRENT Season Ticket Holders who, according to our database, have attended THREE OR MORE League away matches LAST SEASON.

As with the Burnley fixture in March, supporters who are eligible in Stage 1 will receive an application form in the next few days. As the fixture is less than 3 weeks away, we would ask those wishing to attend the game to return their application as soon as possible - to reach the Ticket Office by Monday 13th September. Depending on take up, the Club will then announce details of Stage 2 should it be required.

Ticket prices are; Adults - £34, Seniors - £24, 16-under 19 - £19, under 16 - £16, Disabled £34 with free Personal Assistant.

There will be no restrictions on travel to the game though those wishing to use official Away Travel can indicate this on the application form.

Please note that due to the presence of pillars at the front of the stand, all seats are marked as 'restricted view'.

No duplicates will be issued for this game, so please indicate whether you wish to pick up the tickets in person from the Ticket Office or have them sent by Special Delivery (£5 charge).

If applicants wish to be seated next to a family member or friend (who qualify for a ticket), please submit the application forms together in the same envelope.

Ticket applications to be posted to; BRFC, FREEPOST, NWW8328, BB2 4ZY
