Phil Jones will be hoping to make his England Under-21 debut tonight following his first call-up to Stuart Pearce's side.
The Young Lions face Uzbekistan at Bristol City's Ashton Gate (kick-off 7.30pm) in a friendly international.
Jones, who is joined in the 18-man squad by Rovers team-mate Frank Fielding, will be hoping to impress ahead of next month's European Championship qualifiers against Portugal and Lithuania.
Fielding, who is one of only two goalkeepers in the squad, will be looking to add to his two caps at Under-21 level, both of which have come from the bench.
Rovers also have three representatives in the Republic of Ireland Under-21 squad for tonight's European Championship qualifier against Estonia.
Alan Judge, Aaron Doran and Gavin Gunning have all been named in new coach Noel King's 18-man squad for the game at Tallaght Stadium in Dublin.
Judge, who scored the winner against Celtic at the weekend, has got 11 caps and two goals to his name at Under-21 level, while Doran and Gunning have made the step up from the Under-19s for the first time.
Last night, reserve team defender Callum O'Connor played the full 90 minutes as the Republic of Ireland Under-19s were held to a goalless draw by Ukraine at the Morton Stadium.
