MIDFIELDER Vince Grella has played down injury concerns after coming off for the Reserves against Manchester City on Tuesday evening.

The Australian international limped out of the goalless draw at Sportcity after a collision with City striker Alex Nimely.

But speaking after the game the 30-year-old reported it was just a clash of knees and that he was fine and just taken off as a precaution.

The draw at the Regional Athletics Centre saw Ryan Nelsen come through ninety minutes unscathed. His first outing since picking up a knee injury back in February.
