ROVERS midfielder Steven Reid has joined Championship side West Bromwich Albion.

The Republic of Ireland international has joined the promotion chasing club on a one-month emergency loan deal.

The 28-year-old has found his first-team chances limited in recent months with Rovers, making ten appearances this season scoring one goal.

Reid has been signed in time to face his former loan club from earlier this season, Queens Park Rangers. His loan deal covers eight matches, up to and including their Good Friday match against Leicester City.
