STEVEN Nzonzi's France defeated Nikola Kalinić's Croatia in Reims on Tuesday evening.

Both Rovers players featured, with Kalinić starting the game for Croatia before being part of a raft of changes at half-time.

Whilst Steven Nzonzi had to settle for a late substitute appearance, coming on in the 83rd minute.

Johnny Flynn was away with Northern Ireland's under 21 side as they defeated San Marino 3-0.

The Rovers defender, who is on loan with Accrington Stanley until the end of the season, played the full match in a comfortable victory.
