FOLLOWING Rovers' 1-0 win over Hull City on Wednesday night, the squad have taken the opportunity for some warm weather training.

With no game at the weekend due to the FA Cup matches, Sam Allardyce and the squad will jet off to Dubai for a few days of training in the sunshine.

And off the back of their third home win on the trot, they go away in good heart.

"We've got a well-earned trip away, we'll get a little bit of sun and recharge the batteries," said Allardyce.

"We've played something like nine games in 28 days so the lads have got a well-earned rest with a bit of work in between.

"It won't be all rest, but that sun is the all-important thing.
