Bunn extends Blades stay

Posted on: Wed 30 Dec 2009
Goalkeeper Mark Bunn has extended his loan spell with Championship side Sheffield United until the end of the 2009-10 season.

The 25-year-old stopper joined the Blades initially on a month-long loan deal back in August, which was quickly extended until the end of December after impressive displays.

Following 20 appearances for Kevin Blackwell's side in the first half of the season, Bunn will now have the opportunity for further first team experience for the rest of this season's campaign.

Bunn has also been given permission to play for Sheffield United in the FA Cup. They begain their campaign with a home tie against Queens Park Rangers this Saturday.
