Vince seeks a quick fix
VINCE Grella insists it's vital Rovers bounce back quickly following Wednesday night's defeat at Fulham.
Despite dominating the first half at Craven Cottage, Rovers failed to make it three wins on the spin in the Barclays Premier League.
Now Vince and his team-mates are hoping to make amends when Stoke visit Ewood tomorrow.
The Aussie midfielder said: "Luckily we've another game after just a couple of days so we can put things straight tomorrow.
"The boys will be looking to get a positive result against Stoke."
Rovers had several chances to take the lead against Fulham but failed to take full advantage.
Vince added: "I think in the first half we were on top of Fulham, and in control of the game. But it's well known in football that if you don't take your chances, it is always difficult.
"At 0-0 they had one shot and scored, but I don't think in the second half we really created a lot. We played less football and that made it harder to create chances.
"They scored on two counter-attacks as we lost our shape looking for an equaliser.
"But, overall, I thought it was a good performance. I know the result doesn't say that but we know we put in a good display."
