Rovers have no less than 19 players away on international duty over the next few days with World Cup qualifiers, Asian Cups, UEFA Under 21 qualifiers, UEFA Under 19 qualifiers and friendly matches on the agenda.
On World Cup alert we have Ryan Nelsen and Keith Andrews who are out to join the likes of Lars Jacobsen, Brett Emerton, Vince Grella, Benni McCarthy and Elrio van Heerden in South Africa next summer.
Early Saturday morning UK time sees the All Whites of New Zealand play their 'winner takes all' play-off match against Bahrain in Wellington.
The two sides met in Manama in the first leg with a goalless draw giving Ryan Nelsen's side a slight advantage ahead of the second leg.
Should New Zealand reach the finals it will be just their second time in the elite competition.
The Republic of Ireland missed out on the World Cup last time and they face a tricky two-legged clash with France.
Saturday 14th sees Keith Andrews and co take on France at Croke Park, Dublin, with the second leg in Paris four days later.
On AFC Asian Cup duty is Brett Emerton , he travels to Muscat, to take on Oman on Saturday.
Rovers have seven representatives taking part in UEFA Under 21 qualifiers. Nikola Kalinic is with the Croatian under 21 squad for their matches against Cyprus and Slovakia, whilst Steven Nonzi's France have games against Tunisia and Slovenia, the first of which is a friendly.
Frank Fielding is with Stuart Pearce's England under 21 squad for their games against Portugal and Lithuania, whilst Martin Olsson has a game in Malmo against Kazakhstan for Sweden.
Johnny Flynn, who has spent a month on loan with Chester City, is with the Northern Ireland under 21 squad for their games against Germany and Czech Republic, whilst loan duo Keith Tracy and Alan Judge are with the Republic of Ireland for their matches against Georgia and Armenia.
At under 19 level Rovers have four representatives for the Republic of Ireland. Gavin Gunning, Gearoid Morrissey, Callum O'Connor and Aaron Doran are in the squad for games against San Marino, Albania and Italy,
Added to that are four seniors with friendly matches. Jason Brown is back in the Wales squad for their friendly in Cardiff against Scotland.
Also returning on the international circuit is Benni McCarthy as he and Elrio van Heerden are with South Africa for their matches against Japan and Jamaica.
Morten Gamst Pedersen's Norway face Switzerland, whilst Lars Jacobsen's Denmark have home friendlies against Korea and the USA.
