Many thanks for your decision to purchase one of our groundbreaking 15 game Season Tickets. We are working hard to ensure the scheme is a great success as we want to recreate the fantastic atmosphere and support of the last 3 games of last season.

It is therefore, extremely unfortunate that the fixture list has been unkind to us in this respect. While overall season tickets sales have increased year-on-year, projected sales do not lead us to believe that we can fill the WEC Darwen End with home fans for this game.

As a consequence the Club will be allocating Manchester City the whole of the WEC Darwen End for the opening Barclays Premier League fixture at Ewood Park on Saturday August 15th.

This was not a decision taken lightly as ideally, we would have liked to fill the WEC Darwen End with our own supporters from day one of the new season and we recognise that some WEC Darwen End Season Ticket Holders may feel a little disappointed. It is not the way we would have chosen to start, given the success of the Crucial 3 and our commitment to the Taking Back Ewood campaign.

However, we stated from the outset that there would be four fixtures outside the £150 season ticket offer. After considering a host of factors, club officials have decided to make the City match one of the four fixtures.

That said, we want to give something extra to our fans, and are therefore offering a complimentary ticket for the game in an alternative area of the ground. Effectively, you will now get 16 games for £150!

Tickets for the Manchester City game will go on sale on Monday 27th July and to claim your complimentary ticket either call the Ticket Office on 0871 2221444 or call in person at the Ticket Office or in the new Oneroverstore in the Mall in Blackburn town centre - whichever is most convenient for you.

Please be aware that is advisable to reserve your ticket as soon as possible as this offer is subject to availability.
