Rovers raise men's health awareness

Posted on: Fri 19 Jun 2009

Blackburn Rovers Community Trust are staging a free Men's Olympics, as part of national Men's Health Week.

The Games, which are open to all the family, will be held at the Blackburn Rovers Indoor Centre between 1-3pm on Saturday June 20th.

By taking part in a range of fun-filled activities, such-as bleep tests and penalty shoot-outs, participants can win a host of great prizes, including match tickets, signed memorabilia and much more!

Men's Health Week aims to heighten the awareness of preventable health problems and encourage early detection and treatment of disease among men and boys.
