Rovers boss Sam Allardyce believes tomorrow's "must not lose" encounter away to Stoke City will be just as big a test as last Saturday's trip to Anfield.
The Potters have picked up 29 of their 36 points on home soil this season and have received superb support from their fans, who are enjoying every minute of life in the Premier League.
Big Sam said: "It will be a game that will be equally as difficult as last weekend. Stoke's home record speaks for itself.
"I think that their players are playing to their absolute maximum and I think that the crowd is supporting the team to its absolute maximum, as you often get when a side is first promoted.
"I think the fans are so excited about their side being in the Premier League that they actually support and cheer absolutely everything the players do, whether it is good or whether it is not quite so good.
"You don't get the sort of moans and groans at Stoke that you might get at other clubs when your team is not quite playing as well as it should.
"But certainly Stoke in their efforts this year at home have been outstanding in their results and I think that on Saturday it will be a really tough game and one that we've got to make sure that we are tactically right and compete in those areas and then try to force our game on the opposition and try to expose as always some of their weaknesses and see if we can come away with a result.
"Anything we come away with will be another point or three points towards our total of staying safe.
"It isn't a must-win game, it is a make sure you don't lose match rather than a must win.
"If we go to Stoke and compete in the areas we need to and show a little bit more commitment and passion towards the way we need to play, then I think that we've to definitely not to lose the match if we can and to try to come away with something."
