Rovers will today assess the injuries picked up in last night's draw against Everton.
Vince Grella, Gaël Givet and Jason Brown all picked up knocks in the goalless draw against David Moyes' side at Ewood Park.
Grella had a reoccurrence of a groin injury and had to be replaced at half time by Tugay, then Givet came off after a clash of heads with Leon Osman.
Whilst goalkeeper Jason Brown handed goalkicking duties to Stephen Warnock in the latter stages, due to a slight strain.
"We got forced into a couple of changes, one with Vince feeling his groin at half time and one with possible concussion to Gaël," confirmed Sam Allardyce.
When talking about Jason Brown, the Rovers boss said: "I don't quite know what he's done but Stephen was taking the kicks off the ground in the end.
"So we'll have a look and see what problem he's got."
The three knocks aren't thought to be serious, and with Rovers not having a game this weekend, the players should have recovered in time for the match against Fulham at Craven Cottage on Wednesday 11th March.
And with Fulham facing Manchester United in the FA Cup on Saturday, Allardyce is hoping to take full advantage: "From my point of view Fulham have to play in the cup on Saturday and that will fatigue them and we'll be fresher.
"We had slightly less recovery time than Everton, they played on Saturday and then we played on Sunday, so the effort and the commitment of the lads was there because we didn't have as much time as they had to recover.
"But when it comes around to Fulham we should be fresher than them and hopefully that will make a difference on that game."
Tickets are still on sale for the match at Craven Cottage, with the club offering free coach travel. Call the away travel department on 01254 296208 for further details.
