Sam Allardyce was left to rue a number of missed chances, as Rovers were forced to come from behind to salvage a draw against Championship club Coventry in the FA Cup.
Chris Samba earned Rovers a replay with an injury-time strike, but the manager believes that the game should already have been put to bed.
After taking the lead through Roque Santa Cruz with less than two minutes on the clock, Rovers had countless chances to extend their advantage in the first-half, as well as having what appeared to be a perfectly legitimate goal from Gael Givet ruled out after the break.
And big Sam said: "In the end, I've got no problems with the result - my problem is with not seeing teams off when we've got the opportunity.
"We have also started to concede too many goals at home. We conceded two against Manchester City, two against Bolton and another two here today.
"And our other Achilles heel at the moment is not seeing teams off.
"Because we were only 1-0 up at half-time, Coventry were bound to take chances in the FA Cup going into the second half.
"They've scored a good goal, but we've scored a perfectly good goal almost straight after and for some unknown reason it's been disallowed. I'm absolutely certain it's not a foul (by Gael Givet), otherwise you would have hundreds of free-kicks awarded like that in every game.
"They then got the deflection, which put them ahead and we've pulled it back in the last minute when it looked like a defeat."
