HE may have only just signed one contract extension with the club, but Aussie ace Brett Emerton is already eyeing up another.

The 29-year-old, who committed his future to Ewood Park until 2012 at the end of last month, hopes to extend his love-affair with the club well into his 30s.

"I'm very happy," Brett said. "I've been at the club five years now and I've enjoyed my time here.

"So I was very happy to commit my future and hopefully I can continue to play well, to give something to the team and to this football club.

"I'll be 33 when this contract is up and then who knows what type of physical condition I'll be in come that time. So we'll just have to wait and see."
