THE visit of Tottenham Hotspur to Ewood Park on Saturday will be another huge game as Rovers continue in their quest for a place in Europe next season with a top six finish.
The fortunes of the two sides couldn't be more different ahead of Saturday's game, Rovers have tasted defeat twice in just fourteen league outings, whereas Juande Ramos' side were thrashed 4-1 at home to Newcastle United last time out.
With six games remaining in the season, Mark Hughes knows that every game is now a huge game, starting with Tottenham tomorrow.
"We need to win our home games, we've got some difficult home games in fairness but we are in the business end of the season and we have to win more games than we lose," said Hughes.
If we do that and have a decent run-in in these last six games then we'll go close.
"It is a big ask because we are up against some accomplished sides.
"Spurs at the weekend, obviously they'll be smarting from the fact that they've had a poor performance and result last time out so they'll be trying to address that.
"I'm sure they've been working on things this week to allow that the situation they found themselves last week to make sure that isn't repeated so we'll have to be mindful of that.
"I would imagine they'll be looking for a response, which obviously coincides with our game which is unfortunate from our point of view, but really that is their concern, I'm more interested in how we approach the game and how we do.
"We're at home, we are looking forward to it, we've had a decent week of work and I think we are ready for it."
