Home draw for Rovers

Posted on: Sun 02 Dec 2007

BLACKBURN Rovers have been drawn at home to Coventry City in the third round of the FA Cup sponsored by E-On.

Rovers were early out of the hat in this afternoon's draw, and Mark Hughes' wish of a home tie has come to fruition with a match against Iain Dowie's Championship side.

Coventry are currently mid-table and were beaten 1-0 against Sheffield United on Saturday, however they did knock Manchester United out of the Carling Cup earlier this season, so it promises to be an enticing tie.
