Gemma gets Wales boost

Posted on: Thu 02 Feb 2012

Rovers Ladies goalkeeper Gemma Jackson has been selected to take part in a Wales Women's Under-19 training camp later this month.

The reserve team shot-stopper has been included in a 24-player squad that will join up in Cardiff between February 8th-10th.

The camp, which includes two practice matches against lower-age boys teams, forms part of Wales' preparations for the 2013 UEFA Women's Under-19 Championships, which will take place on home soil.
