Awards evening a great success

The Disabled Supporters' annual Player of the Year Awards were held on the 29th of April in the Premier Suite at Ewood Park and were a resounding success.
There was a wonderful turn out from virtually the entire first team squad and many of the younger players which was much appreciated by all those in attendance.
A very big thank you to Mark Hughes, John Williams, the club and all the players for being so good with the fans.
At the business end of the evening Roque Santa Cruz succeeded David Bentley as the Disabled Supporters' Player of the Year after a great first season with the club.
Christine Peacock was awarded the Club Person of the Year after many years devoted service on the committee.
