A former England youth international, in his second season with the Academy Andreas featured for the Reserves in the Lancashire Senior Cup win over Morecambe.

February 2008 also saw the Rovers goalkeeper join Unibond 1st division North side Lancaster City on a month-long loan spell in which he earned rave reviews for his performances for his home-town club.

Now in his third year this campaign his aim will be to be involved regularly with the Reserve team.

Joined Unibond Premier side Nantwich Town on a month-long loan deal in September 2008.
