There were goals aplenty as Rovers' under 18s played two pre-season matches in Scotland.

A trip north of the border saw Gary Bowyer's young side draw 3-3 with Motherwell, but then were on the losing side by the odd goal in five as they slipped to a 3-2 defeat at the hands of Rangers.

Thursday's match against Motherwell saw goals scored by Tom Hitchcock, Micah Evans and Anthony O'Connor.

The goals against Rangers were scored by Robbie Cotton and Jadan Hall on Saturday.
