Rovers go into the Good Friday clash with Yeovil Town just four points behind sixth place Reading, with the Scottish international believing it is there to play for.
"I still think there is going to be a twist in this Championship, you just can't predict it at all," said the midfielder.
"Hopefully there'll be another twist in our favour and we'll keep going right until the end."
Rovers take on a Glovers side that have slipped to the bottom of the Championship, but Conway feels that it makes the task of getting three points off them all the harder at Ewood Park.
"It will be a scrap, they are fighting for their lives," added Conway.
"I always think the teams down the bottom are the in-form teams in the Championship for some strange reason towards the end of the season.
"I remember Peterborough last year were probably the form team, so Yeovil will be coming just scrapping and fighting for every ball to try and get three points.
"Hopefully we can reverse that and go and get back to winning ways ourselves. We've a chance to make things right."
