The Swede made his first league start in a Rovers shirt in almost eleven months at the Reebok on Saturday, but the afternoon didn't go as planned.
"It was a great feeling to be on the pitch," said the defender. "But at the end of the day it is about winning, so that is disappointing.
"It was nice to be back, I worked hard and tried my best, but nobody is happy about the result.
"We should have done better, we made them look a bit too good. We are a good team, we shouldn't have let them play like that."
Football returns to Ewood with two games in four days as Rovers take on Burnley on Sunday and then AFC Bournemouth the following Wednesday.
