Gary Bowyer once again hailed the support given to the team in Saturday's 4-1 win over Bolton Wanderers.

First half strikes from David Dunn and Jordan Rhodes were added to by a first goal for Corry Evans and a second on the day for Rhodes to leave Ewood Park rocking. Much to the delight of the manager.

"I thought the supporters were tremendous," said Bowyer post-match.

"It is a local derby and there is a lot of pride at stake for the supporters.

"They've backed the team magnificently and you can see what confidence it gives the players when you've got that backing."
