Boss Steve Kean has revealed that all players have come through Saturday's season opener unscathed so he'll have another strong squad at his disposal.
Following on from Saturday's draw at Ipswich Town, Rovers kick-off their 2012-13 home campaign on Wednesday night when Hull City are the visitors to Ewood Park.
Danny Murphy came off on Saturday due to cramp, but the good news is that he has recovered and should lead the side out. Ruben Rochina is also back in the squad after missing the Ipswich game with a hamstring strain.
Speaking on Tuesday Kean said: "Danny had cramp in both calves. I think it was perhaps the dehydration of the day plus he hadn't been with us for 12 days and missed a couple of games, so he was playing catch up and he hit the wall a little.
"So we've rested him up, we've made sure he has done all his protocols, his warm down, his rehydration and he's back and fit.
"Ruben has gotten over his hamstring, I'm not sure he has had enough sessions to start the game but he will be in the squad.
"We have a squad that is fit, that is capable and one that gives us lots of options.
"We've no fresh injuries so we feel we've got a great opportunity to get off the mark in our first home game with three points."
Rovers are still without Leon Best (knee), Martin Olsson (groin) and Mark Bunn (hip).
The manager is expected to select from: Robinson, Kean, Orr, Givet, Dann, Henley, Hanley, Ribeiro, Lowe, Fabio Nunes, Dunn, Formica, Rochina, Pedersen, Murphy, Markus Olsson, Paulo Jorge, Etuhu, Vukcevic, Edinho, Nuno Gomes, Goodwillie, Kazim-Richards.
Supporters are reminded that home kick-offs this season will predominantly be 7.45pm. Tickets for the game will be on open sale up until kick-off and are priced from £15 for Adults, £10 for Seniors/Students and £5 for Juniors 15 and under.
