Rovers fanatic Harriet Hindle has already cemented her place at The FA Cup semi-finals – by winning a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to lead a player out onto the pitch.

The 11-year-old, from Haslingden, won the chance to walk out at Wembley after her parents entered her into The FA Cup Dreams competition on the official FA Cup Facebook page.

The competition gives children a chance to make their football dreams come true, with the aim of introducing a new generation to the magic of the world’s oldest domestic football competition.

The new initiative was launched by FA Cup winner and England legend Michael Owen this season, with prestigious prizes such as winning a sleepover with The FA Cup, lifting the trophy in front of your own fans and meeting your footballing heroes, available for under-12s from the third round to the final.

Families are encouraged to enter their children on the official FA Cup Facebook page.
